The Reducing Child, Early and Forced Marriage (Nepal R-CEFM) Project (Feb 2020 – April 2022)goal is to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of the Government of Nepal (GON) in Province 2 at the province and municipal levels to design, implement, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate effective social and behavior change (SBC) activities and to strengthen child protection systems for reducing CEFM through a community-based, multi-sectoral, data-driven lens. As part of its COVID response, the project will also implement an education component/learning continuity program to increase learning outcomes for adolescent girls through remedial education.

General summary/purpose:

CCP is seeking a Service Delivery Technical Advisor to serve in a leadership role on an Adolescent Reproductive Health /Family Health (RH/FP) project. The project will focus on strengthening the government, non-government and private sector systems to meet the needs of youth and adolescents.
The position will operate under the leadership of the Chief of Party and will oversee and ensure the technical and methodological soundness of project service delivery activities. In collaboration with project team and partners, the position will support the design and implementation of service delivery strategies based on scientific evidence. The Advisor will collaborate with public and private sector partners to identify gaps in service delivery and develop systems that improve access and quality of services. The position is dependent on the award of a donor-funded program.
