Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of education consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Student Conversion & Counseling: Personally handle student conversions, providing expert guidance on course selection, university applications, visa processes, and financial planning.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Siec Education’s presence in Nepal, increasing brand awareness and market share.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas education counselling
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student recruitment targets.
Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online counselling platforms.
