Job Description

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of education consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Student Conversion & Counseling: Personally handle student conversions, providing expert guidance on course selection, university applications, visa processes, and financial planning.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand Siec Education’s presence in Nepal, increasing brand awareness and market share.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
