We are looking for a highly capable Senior Civil Engineer or Senior Architect for working in the Position of Team Leader to manage our ongoing building construction project within Kathmandu Valley.

To competent Team Leader should possess extensive experience in managing large building construction projects and the ability to ensure adherence to standard construction practices, specifications. An outstanding Senior Civil Engineer/Senior Architect will be someone whose expertise results in construction projects that are completed within budget and on time. The Team Leader shall take overall responsible for the project offices and management of team members and of project’s resources, day to day contract administration and so on.

Required Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Engineering Management or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Required Experience:

Minimum 20 years’ of experience after Master’s Degree.
Must have experience as a Team Leader for at least one building construction project under ICB Contract having project cost more than 1 billion.
Experience in project management under FIDIC Contract.

Duration of the Assignment: 2 years with possibility of further extension.
Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate.
Starting date: After successful negotiation.
