Position: Team Head- Trade Marketing
Department: Marketing, Communication & Sustainability

Purpose:

  • Responsible for Trade and Outdoor visibility of the brand to ensure delivery of the marketing objectives specifically brand awareness and reach 
  • Ensure delivery of functional message/positioning by coming up with innovating and industry first ideas/execution

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with the regional sales/HQ team to gather/consolidate demand related to trade visibility which includes shop visibility (instore and fascia), wall paint and other temporary trade material placement 
  • Come up with strategic visibility drive to address regional/or product related communication/awareness challenges  and paint points /problem statements
  • Ensure quality of deliverables from the suppliers according to the brand guidelines
  • Act as a mentor and project lead for key brand activation and sponsorship related activities 
  • Ensure visibility drive and standardization of the Ncell centers décor/theme
  • Responsible for negotiating deliverables and scope of work with the partners and suppliers for the brand activations and sponsorship related activities 
  • Budget management and contract finalization along with preparing business cases to support the justification of visibility/activation related investments – coming up with framework for ROI monitoring 

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree with 4 years experience in the area of trade/brand marketing OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience
  • Has good understand of the local vendor ecosystem and retail landscape 
  • Has good discipline and follow up skills to ensure that operational activities are completed in alignment with key stakeholders/support functions e.g. Procurement, Product, Sales, Brand team & Creative and Media Agencies

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.
