Job Description

To act as a liaison between the Program Office and students, bring onto the table any complaints from the students as well as any new rules generated by the respected authorities to the students.
To coordinate with Class Representatives related to the academic performance of the students.
To conduct relevant ECA or CCA activities and contribute to increasing the number of students participation.
To assist the course facilitators to maintain complete decorum in the class during their session or in their absence.
To assist the course facilitators in disseminating information regarding the assignments and projects.
To encourage group activities amongst the students in the classroom so that they can study better or encourage them to reach out to the Program Office or Teaching Assistants.
To encourage students for increased class participation.
Device or implement alternative learning strategies.
Promotion of programs and course advice to students, industry and the community
Activities related to assigning assignments to the students
Marking examination papers and assignments
Provide assistance to the senior lecturers and team leaders
Preparation of teaching materials and plan as per the criteria set by the university.
Serve as Personal Academic Advisor (PAA) who is the first point of contact for all matters of personal significance.
Assist Program Office, Examination and IT department in various tasks within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training.
