We're seeking dynamic individuals with the attitude of unlearning and relearning. The Teacher Trainers  will play the most significant roles to equip teachers with the required knowledge,  skills and confidence to implement our hands-on curricular Karkhana Science Program for grades 1–9.

What will happen during Fellowship?

The fellowship is divided into 2 phases and will last for 3.5 months.

Phase 1  includes intensive trainings:

• Comprehensive training on various teaching pedagogies and curriculum. 
• Exploration of Karkhana Science kits and activities. 
• Opportunities to be involved in the process of designing the activities.
• Microteaching/ preparation for delivering Karkhana Science Training 
• Observe mock classes, providing constructive feedback to fellow trainers 
• Go for various class observations taught by Karkhana Science Teachers
• And networking with Karkhanauts!  

Phase 2 includes field work where you will:

• Deliver engaging training workshops for teachers on STEAM principles, hands-on learning methodologies, and the effective use of Karkhana's Science learning kits.
• Write training reports and submit them to the implementation team. 
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the training programs and resources based on feedback and evolving educational needs.
• Travel to Karkhana associated schools throughout the different locations in Nepal.
