Roles and responsibilities of this job

You, as a Marketing, Math, Chemistry, Nepali and Business Studies (Part time teacher) will be responsible for contributing to the senior high school's positive environment, taking initiatives for student/school development while coming with creativity and solutions, developing good rapport with the students and positively influence them.

Some of the major deliverables are:

Encouraging curiosity and participation of students in all teaching-learning activities
Including research, art, extra reading and a variety of activities into lesson delivery as much as possible
Demonstrating a strong command over the subject matter and its relevance to real life situations
Performing continuous student assessment by applying the provided NEB guidelines
Initiating interaction with students, developing a positive relationship with students without appearing biased to anyone while providing accurate, timely, and specific feedback to all
Being firm while also being accepting of individual differences
Creating a non-assuming and kind approach to dealing with students.
Treat students with dignity and kindness. Believe that student and teacher are equal and no one is above the other.
Meet with parents or guardians to discuss students’ academic progress, remedial issues, and behavior problems when necessary
