Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Teacher Coordinator will serve as a key link between teachers and the academic content team to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging learning materials for students. This role requires strong coordination skills, a good understanding of academic content, and the ability to support teachers in delivering effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teachers and the content team to curate, review, and refine academic materials for students/learners.
Evaluate lesson plans, worksheets, and other resources to ensure they meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Provide constructive suggestions to improve content quality, clarity, and teaching effectiveness.
Gather feedback and observe requirements to guide content enhancements.
Support teachers in implementing improved teaching practices and updated learning materials.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between teachers, content creators, and academic leadership.
Monitor the quality and consistency of content delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic or teaching coordinator roles (school or college experience preferred).
Strong understanding of academic content, lesson planning, and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with teachers, content developers, and academic leaders.
