Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are passionate, dedicated, and qualified Teachers for Science, English, Nepali, Social Studies, Mathematics, and Computer subjects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons aligned with the curriculum
Teach assigned subject(s) to students from PG to Grade Ten as required
Encourage student participation, self-study habits, and critical thinking
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance regularly
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress
Create a safe, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with school management and fellow teachers
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (Master's Degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
Strong command of the subject matter
Good communication skills in Nepali and English
Ability to manage classrooms effectively and motivate students
Passion for teaching and student development
Strong organizational and time-management skills
