Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide quality education and support to children in our care.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the foundation's curriculum and educational goals.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children from diverse backgrounds.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to deliver engaging lessons.
Monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their learning objectives.
Collaborate with other teachers and team members to plan and organize educational activities and events.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's development and progress.
Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
Attend relevant trainings and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
Adhere to the foundation's policies and procedures for child protection and safety.
