Job Description

Winsome English Boarding School is seeking a dynamic and experienced teacher to join our team in delivering high-quality education to our students. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and be able to create a positive learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students of all levels in various subjects
Create lesson plans and instructional materials according to the school's curriculum
Assess student's performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
Monitor student's progress and keep track of their academic development
Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
Maintain discipline and uphold school policies inside and outside of the classroom
Communicate with parents on a regular basis to discuss student's progress and address any concerns
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and strategies
