Job Overview:

Assistant Officer position with responsibility of assisting Training & Quality Manager in completion of departmental functions along with documentation, record keeping & circulation to achieve organizational goals. Draftsperson at A4 Level is expected to demonstrate readiness to practice basic management and supervisory roles for him/her to be considered for higher grade role of a Group L

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Documentation, Record Keeping & Circulation
  • Assist to organize training programs and report preparation
  • Training & Quality Audits & reporting
  • Test  conduction & preparing report cards
  • Support in issue investigation through data collection & reporting
  • Participate in meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Feedback Collections
  • Follow-up and place reminders

Accountability:

  • Timely Training Conduction
  • Timely Audit & Report Presentation
  • Timely Manual Update and ensure readiness to reach
  • Follow up & Reminder
  • Documentation, Records & Circulation

KPI:

  • Speed of Task Completion
  • Quality & Accuracy of the job done
  • Number of Training session
  • Number of Audits (Sample Size & Frequency)
  • Might be update as per Organizational Plans & Strategy

Skills:

  • Must have MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have English Communication

Preference:

  • PDF Editing software skill
  • Video Editing Software Skill
  • Photoshop Skill

Previous work experience in these skills will be preferred
