As the Taxation Head, you will be responsible for handling the taxation of our group entities in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

Handle taxation for all group entities of Baniya Nirman Sewa.
Ensure timely filing of VAT return to comply with statutory guidelines.
Keep track of all TDS and tax reports, and ensure timely updates as per guidelines.
File Income Tax Return within the designated deadlines.
Work closely with the finance team to follow up on advance tax collection from customers.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate the impact to the management team.
Conduct regular reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and implementation of best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external tax consultants.
