Job Description

The Talent Management will play a key role in driving, supporting, designing, developing and delivering organization wide talent management. The role also will be closely associated on implementing critical career development experiences across the company. Given the cross-ecosystem dimension to career development, this role partners across P and O team and the business in defining, communicating, implementing, and activating the career strategy.

  • Propose approaches, ideas and business insight to P and O leadership and business partners to attain the organizational objectives
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources
  • Designing, developing and delivering organization wide talent management/talent review and leadership development
  • Develop and lead management development programs and consult internal staffs on career solutions as a subject matter expert
  • Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability
  • Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements
  • Create yearly talent plans and provide regular updates to HOD, regional teams and MD on the progress, results, and outcomes of the programsDrive collaboration and positive relationships between functions within Daraz to meet common business goals

Requirements

  • Master's degree from any reputed institute in any discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience with proven track record of excellent project management skills successfully managing and executing global, cross functional initiatives at scale
  • Proficient in data analysis and excel skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships with concerned stakeholders and excellent communication skills
  • Effective presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
