Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing appropriate learning interventions and course content for training programs
Evaluate & Identify training needs to meet Organization Objective
Delivering and developing learning activities that cover a variety of skills and knowledge areas
Integrate newly revitalized training program to meet coke standard and monitor the progression designed to maximize employee response, performance and knowledge
Developing short term & long term training schedule utilizing a database scheduling & tracking progress of participants to ensure that the learning objectives are being met while checking for compliance & completion of all requirements for assigned personnel
Develop and update Training SOPs
ROI assessments of training interventions to ensure suitable quality and delivery & value impact to operators
Managing the budget and related administration
Creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance & maximize employee engagement
Experience as a change manager with a focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Must have Master’s in Management / Business /Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management
More than 5 years’ HR experience or some progressive experience of Training responsibilities
Fluency in Nepali and English Communication
Influencing and Communication Skills
Thorough Computer Skills
Problem Solving & Analysis
Good Verbal/Written Communication
