The Job:
The role of the Talent Development Manager at CloudFactory is to help other team members unlock their full potential. We strongly believe that learning and development has to be personalized and that it is a continuous process. You will understand our 5Cs of leadership deeply and design training and development initiatives with them at the foundation.
One of your critical roles would be to educate and coach people manager in other departments on the importance of training and development and equip them properly so that they can invest into coaching and developing members of their team. You will help create individualized development plans for everyone at the company and make sure that the progresses and accomplishments are tracked and recorded. For that purpose, you will need to explore, understand and implement technical tools to make those functions efficient.
This role will also require you to gauge the effectiveness of the trainings and programs delivered. You will need to create different metrics in order to do so and make needed changes based on the findings. Helping create a budget for talent development and taking full ownership of the budget will also fall under your purview. There are many providers in the market who can augment our in-house talent development initiatives. You will understand their capabilities and build relationship with top providers who can meet our needs in the area. Successful execution of responsibilities in your role would mean that you would have helped us build the capacity of our team members and significantly contributed towards the overall success of the company.

You are a teacher at heart, have a good understanding of adult learning process, and are familiar with tools and techniques that facilitates learning and growth. The Experience:
You have 5 plus years of experience in related field, preferably in a corporate setting. Most likely you have created educational contents or designed curriculum as well, and have hands on knowledge of at least a few learning management systems. Familiarity with other technical tools that enhances learning and development process will be a plus.
