Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
  • Provide support with the hiring process, including coordinating job postings.
  • Source quality candidates utilizing various sourcing job boards, networking sites, mand social media.
  • Send messages to prospective candidates, cold calling to ensure a strong response yield, and communicating directly to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Provide candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
  • Audit the candidate’s documentation to ensure position requirements are obtained.
  • Coordinate with the relevant hiring manager to better understand the role.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using feedback from the screening team.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Ask for references from current employers and external networks.
  • Craft and send recruitment emails.
  • Other responsibilities can include providing additional support to the recruiting team as needed.
