Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
Provide support with the hiring process, including coordinating job postings.
Source quality candidates utilizing various sourcing job boards, networking sites, mand social media.
Send messages to prospective candidates, cold calling to ensure a strong response yield, and communicating directly to candidates in a timely manner.
Provide candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
Audit the candidate’s documentation to ensure position requirements are obtained.
Coordinate with the relevant hiring manager to better understand the role.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using feedback from the screening team.
Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Ask for references from current employers and external networks.
Craft and send recruitment emails.
Other responsibilities can include providing additional support to the recruiting team as needed.
