Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and diversity goals
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning needs
Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote employer brand

Team Management

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition specialists
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
Balance requisition loads across the team to optimize efficiency and responsiveness Recruitment Operations
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for management and professional-level roles
