Job Description

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and  diversity goals 
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning needs 
  • Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote employer brand 

Team Management 

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition specialists 
  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performance  culture 
  • Balance requisition loads across the team to optimize efficiency and responsiveness Recruitment Operations 
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for management and professional-level roles 
  • Guide sourcing, screening, and onboarding practices across field locations
  • Ensure a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for all open positions 

Process Optimization 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline workflows, including ATS enhancements
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads 
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment activities and progress 
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices 

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding 

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Develop interview guides and tools to support structured, inclusive hiring practices
  • Strengthen employer brand through strategic outreach and communication Budget Management 
  • Manage the talent acquisition budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment practices 
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings
