The Job:

Talent team at CloudFactory is committed towards recruiting, developing and retaining top talent available in Nepal. Your major goal will be to keep the talent pipeline full with top candidates for all different roles we have at the company. This means you are building employer brand for CloudFactory while also continuously adding to the database of potential talent pool for various roles

We value our culture immensely and make sure that new team members we onboard are in alignment with our values and principles. That means, you will need to have a deep understanding of our culture and ensure that they are properly and adequately represented in our talent acquisition process. To achieve that goal, you might have to think outside the box as well as challenge the status quo, and you are comfortable doing that

You will also represent CloudFactory in gatherings like conferences, seminars, meet-ups, etc. in various capacities. You are well versed in different initiatives that are happening at the company and take the time and interest to reach out to different departments and understand what they are working on. As such, you are fully updated on what’s happening at the company. The ultimate success for your role would amount to highly qualified candidates in different area coming in contact with you and staying in touch even when there may not be an immediate opening suitable for them

You are someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others by creating exciting opportunities for them. The Experience:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role where you were directly responsible for the growth of other team members. Prior experience in similar role is preferable, but not required. You have 2 to 3 years of experience in project management and have hired multiple individuals in your previous.
