Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an TA / HR professional with deep experience in field to make an impact in company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication in collaboration with HR team members.
  • Carry out employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal team to constantly update HR policies to comply with rules and regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance company culture and morale.
  • Collaborate on performance management and training initiatives, including tracking progress and managing related documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, such as managing employee inquiries, maintaining files, and updating policies as needed.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, as assigned, to support the HR team’s goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with HR principles.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team-oriented mindset.
