Requirements

Job Details: System Support Associate is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from a recognized university.   

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor and manage support queries, ensuring timely resolution and reporting progress to concerned stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with different departmental heads to gather requirements for system support and ensure smooth operations. 
  • Investigate technical issues related to hardware and software systems to provide effective solutions. 
  • Test new software and hardware systems to ensure compatibility and functionality within the existing infrastructure. 
  • Assess existing systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary modifications to enhance performance. 
  • Evaluate system changes or upgrades to ensure they align with organizational needs. 
  • Maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure high standards in system support and user satisfaction. 
  • Work closely with other IT staff, including developers, network administrators, and system analysts, to ensure seamless system operations. 
  • Provide training and assistance to users, helping them navigate systems and resolve any issues they encounter. 
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools that can enhance system performance and user experience. 
  • Help prepare documents with established technical standards. 
  • Track and resolve issues within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA), maintaining detailed records for future reference. 
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by Chief IT as needed.
