Good understanding of the OSI TCP/IP Model.
Experience on VMware solutions deployment and management like vSphere / vCenter / vSAN etc.
Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Solutions like Hyper-V / Active Directory / File Services etc.
Experience in working with SAN Solutions from OEMs like Dell / HP / Cisco / Huawei / Netapp etc.
Candidates having certifications like VCP / MCSE / RHCE will have preference.

Job Description

Configure and manage Virtualization solution from VMware & Microsoft like- vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, and Hyper-V etc.
Configure and manage backup and replication tools like Veeam, Neverfail, Nakivo, Commvault, and SRM etc.
Actively participate in delivering Data protection, Disaster recovery, and Business continuity solutions.
Configure and manage Windows Active Directory, File Server, DNS etc. in Data center Infrastructure.
Configure and manage Servers, SAN storage, FC switches etc. in Data center infrastructure
Follow best practice troubleshooting procedures to resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
Document incident reports and resolutions techniques properly for future references.
Collaborate with vendors & customers for support and issue resolution.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and best practices.
Participate in training and certification programs related to system infrastructure solutions.
Take part in in-house training sessions to empower internal resources.
