Job Description

Centrix Contact System is hiring a System Administrator (Night Shift – Remote) to support our 60+ seat call center. This is a work-from-home role, but you must be available to solve issues remotely or attend the office anytime if a bigger issue arises. While daily office presence isn’t required, urgent IT/network problems must be fixed immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Manage VoIP systems & troubleshoot call issues.
  • Maintain network/server performance & security.
  • Protect systems from external attacks/hacks.
  • Contact ISPs for internet issues.
  • Provide PC/laptop repair & IT support.
  • Emergency call-ins (including nights/weekends).
  • Weekly on-site visits for network & hardware checks.
