• Ensure smooth operation of Data center Cloud Infrastructure and Services
• DNS,IIS, Apache, Mail, server config and troubleshooting
• Linux / Windows System Administration
• DNS , Web , Email , FTP and SSL Certificate Management
• System Migration. Software/Application Deployment & Updates
• Disk Space, Partition and Usage Management,WHM / Cpanel Support
• Configure and install various network devices and services, IT Equipment, Networking, Virtual Machines and troubleshooting if there is any issue. (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Backing up of all necessary Firmware, configurations of Firewall, switches, NVR, NAS, AP, Virtual Machines
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems Monitor the IT infrastructure and respond immediately to security or usability concern
• Provide network technical support Evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance
