Job Description

Install company’s own software products including setting its various components in different server and workstations.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Manage company’s own software internal and external releases by generating, applying and documenting patches
Provide timely support for client and staff to ensure business continuity.
Train and enforce system policies to end users
