Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related IT field
Available Monday through Friday
Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

Responsibilities:

Assist with end user technology installations including computer hardware, software, and telephony equipment.
Field end user technology support questions and resolve common issues.
The intern will also have the opportunity to meet with and learn about other infrastructure disciplines within LD Cloud including Network, Telecom, Windows, Storage, Database Administration, and UNIX.
