Job Description

DNS, Apache, Nginx, Mail server, FTP, IIS configuration, and troubleshooting
Basic MYSQL/MariaDB, MSSQL Server configuration, and troubleshooting.
Responsible for Deploying, installing, configuring, and maintaining existing and new servers in both Physical and Virtual environments (Vmware), VDIs, etc.
Perform system maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
Maintain the system uptime and troubleshoot system sever-related issues.
Provide technical support/solutions to the client regarding their hardware, software, mail server, DNS server, and Network equipment within their Infrastructure server.
Coordinate with the other team members to troubleshoot/fetch required information/fix problems.
Maintain proper backup and recovery of the system.
Manage the Basic NAS and SAN storage.
Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing firewall policies, virus protection, data security, and monitoring access to keep the system protected
Perform daily system monitoring through different monitoring tools like Cacti, Nagios, and LibreNMS and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server/network resources, and review system and application logs.
Documentation and reporting of every task for proper database maintenance.
