Job Description

Perform monitoring of clients’ networks that are signed up to a managed services agreement
Perform preventative maintenance on internal and client supported hardware and operating systems and associated network applications
Check, monitor and restore files from backup media upon receipt of duly authorized client requests
Maintain computer network administrative records of hardware and software installed
Ensuring they are authorized and the appropriate documentation is in place
Assist with NSW IT SUPPORT software licensing policy to ensure the Company and its clients are always fully licensed for all software applications
Initiate the purchase of computing equipment and services if the opportunity arises while supporting the client
Maintain adequate Networking knowledge
