Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising swim training sessions for students of all ages and skill levels, as well as developing and implementing effective training programs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver swimming training sessions for students of all ages and ability levels
Develop and implement structured training programs and schedules tailored to individual and team goals
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve technique and performance
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and any concerns
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning and team environment

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience coaching swim teams or providing swimming lessons
Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
Current certification in water safety and rescue
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors and support staff
