Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and qualified Lower Secondary Science Teachers (Grades IV–VII) to join our academic team. The selected candidates will assist in planning and delivering lessons, monitoring student progress, and supporting overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the academic team in preparing and conducting classes
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and support student academic development
Implement effective assessment and evaluation methods
Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment
Support students’ overall growth and development through guidance and counseling
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related field with strong academic achievements
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in similar institutions
Knowledge of effective assessment and evaluation practices

Professional Skills:

Strong communication skills in English and Nepali (verbal and written)
Leadership and team collaboration
Interpersonal and counseling skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Competent in ICT and integrating technology into lessons
