Job Description

The Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out survey works of building construction projects, including levelling, layout, fixing all coordinates and handling the total station and level machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit different sites to site as per requirements.
  • Conduct site survey inspections to ensure compliance with design, and as per drawing and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Project manager, site engineer, subcontractors and others.
  • Must be able to independently operate Total Station and Auto Level."
  • Prepare and maintain survey data, reports, field notes, and sketches.
  • Set out reference points, grid lines, benchmarks, and layout required for structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
  • Verify levels, dimensions, and alignment before and during execution of work.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to ensure layout accuracy as per drawings and specifications.
  • Identify discrepancies in drawings or on-site conditions and report them to the concerned team.
  • Maintain safety protocols and comply with company and project guidelines.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of surveying instruments
