National College of Technical Sciences (NCTS) were established by a group of academicians well-versed in science and technical education. Its main purpose is to impart in 2054 B.S. education in science and technology as needed in the country for its development. It is hoped that the graduates of this institution will enter into the mainstream of technical manpower involved in the nation’s development and will form an elite group of the intellectual community of human resource at the top level.
