Job Description

Installation, Configuration & Testing of IP Cameras, NVR, Routers, Wireless App, Mobile Apps, Remote Monitoring Software and other storage devices.
Testing, repair & maintain hardware and other peripheral devices.
Co-ordination with China headquarter for RMA, product information & support.
Provide online technical training and support using phone call, Zoom WhatsApp & Any Desk.
Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instruction.
After sales support for critical project clients.
