• Create and implement the company’s supply chain strategy emphasizing on improvement of productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands
• Coordinate all site supply chain functions: from the factory floor to invoice
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Sales, Operations) to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, warehouse managers and related third-party logical service providers
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues 
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for more profitable deals of R/Ms and P/Ms and manage the stock as per the monthly sales forecast
• Coordinate the placement of orders for Raw materials, Packing Materials and Spare parts (to Local suppliers, India Suppliers, Bangladesh Suppliers and China suppliers) 
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners in line with the core values and operational requirements
• Gather necessary information and documents (verification for accuracy) to complete LC and open LC/TT/RR as per terms and conditions; track accordingly for release from bank
• Send documents to customs for clearance
• Send LC/ TT documents (PP, BIBINI etcs) to the bank for verification 
• Ensure that appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers
• Prepare duty calculation amount and report to account department to make a customs cheque
