Production unit based at Gorkha, It was established in 1984 AD, with the aim of developing Nepal's tremendous potential. The Company has been working at Gorkha District of Nepal to strengthen the economic condition of the remote villages involving local communities in collection, cultivation and processing of Ayurveda Health products.

Analyze costs of planned developments in detail.
Identify areas for production cost efficiency.
Establish precise cost models in collaboration with finance.

3. Reduction of Product Cost:

Develop plans to lower production costs.
Explore sourcing avenues and negotiate advantageous contracts.
Collaborate with production for process optimization.

4. Development of New Products:

Oversee creation from conception to market launch.
Conduct market research for customer preferences.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for effective releases.

5. Supply Chain Management:

Create and execute efficient supply chain plans.
