Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Manager to be responsible for  planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the HR department. The primary responsibilities of an HR Manager is to oversee the recruitment process of new staff, oversee performance management and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents
  • Link organization’s management with its employees
  • Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
  • Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements, 
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Retain employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct and supervise training and development activities.
