Job Description

  • Check for the complaints as per CRM / email data base and provide feedbacks after testing & verifications.Visit the complaint sites along with Technical support team of sales.
  • Collect market U&A from different geography locations during market visits.
  • Analyze and share Root Cause Analysis reports for genuine customer complaints.
  • Work closely with R&D/Sales/Technical support teams and suggest on the Corrective & Preventive actions for complaints.
  • Maintain the proper records of retained samples and their data base and work closely with CSD team for faster response to customer complaints.
  • Interact with Technology team for application of new products & train the applicators/contractors on the same, as a pro-active approach of complaints prevention.
  • Co-ordinate with AP Global team and take various initiatives at Unit as per guidelines from Manager – R&D & QC.
  • Reports preparation and review discussion with reporting Manager and AP Global teams.
