Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting the management team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service in our hotel, resort, and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the front of house and back of house operations in the hotel, resort, and restaurant
  • Assign and delegate tasks to team members and ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional service to the guests
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all areas of the hotel, resort, and restaurant
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance and ensure adequate coverage in all departments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance guest experience
