Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the cafe’s operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or bar setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
