The Project Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of project activities mainly planning and implementation of the planned activities with required supervision. S/he will ensure proper and effective use of project resources and assets and their management according to the organization‘s policy and guidelines. He/she will collaborate with the Health Office of the project districts (Jhapa), Municipalities, Health Facilities, FCHVs, Self Help Groups and HFOMC during the planning and implementation.

Sahara Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizens fonor the following positions for the successful implementation of the project.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Health assistant with any Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in I/NGOs and the government sector particularly in public health.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A Proactive and independent approach to work with a willingness to undertake additional responsibilities
• Well knowledge on computers( word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office, SPSS etc.) with the ability to produce reports in English and Nepali
• Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken, written, typing)
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
