Supervise, control and monitor day to day administrative and human resource functions of the Company
Prepare standard MIS reporting format and compile and submit the report to the management regularly
Administrative staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection
Take responsibility of company insurance, import/export administration, licensing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities, corporate level negotiations and major supplier/customer/partner relationships
Liaise and negotiate, as appropriate, with the bankers, tax and other regulatory authorities and maintain proper corporate business relationship.
Act as cheque signatory for and authorize expenditure up to limits as agreed by the Board of Directors
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; IT and other consultants
