Job Description

Assist in the planning of and execute the subsidy strategies for Daraz to achieve business objectives across various channels and industries
Deploy a multi-million-dollar budget with maximum returns and/or KPI achievement
Work with the subsidy team to plan and execute campaign discounts in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing teams
Execute promotion roadmaps and closely monitor performance
Design and improve mechanics and reward economies to incentivize customer behavior and purchase frequency on the platform
Assist the subsidy team to design and deliver KPI visibilities and create real-time and run-time forecasts to facilitate recalibrations as needed
Assist different teams in identifying gaps and employ innovative solutions to drive business performance
Design and assist the subsidy team in the end-to-end configuration, user acceptance testings (UATs), user studies, quality checks of the subsidy strategies

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Statistics / Analytics from any reputed institution
Years or experience in related field
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
Intermediate Excel for calculating reporting, and monitoring
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines
Driven to take ownership and adapt to changing scope
