Job Description

Motivate and encourage pupils in their learning using strategies to build self-esteem, communication, and organizational skills
Assist children in their learning in order for them to develop academically, creatively, socially and emotionally.
Monitor progress of the pupil and adapt and develop learning strategies accordingly and report it to your seniors
Assist in continuous evaluation and analysis of individual pupil achievement through meetings with class or subject teachers, and maintain records accordingly
Look for resources for the teaching and learning support team that will support curriculum planning and delivery
Prepare classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments and handouts.
