Passionate about elevating the English language standards in Nepal to new heights at a national level
Excellent command of English and an innovative approach to teaching English as a part of the school curriculum
Knowledge of the current English curriculum of the Nepal government, preferably of grades X, XI and XII
Sense of responsibility towards deadlines and ownership of the quality of work
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various other departments to meet the objectives of the organization
Proficiency in using software like Google Docs or Word, Google Slides or PowerPoint, Google Sheets or Excel

Candidates should have completed a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably to high school students. Additional teaching experience in lower grades would be a plus.

Job Description

Plan and write scripts that will be used in making video lessons and other educational materials for the English subject of different academic levels in accordance to the curriculum requirements
Perform a quality check and validate the content of the scripts written by a team of English subject experts
Review videos and provide feedback to ensure that the video lessons of English meet the learning objectives of the curriculum
Prepare learning materials such as quizzes, test papers and eBooks in accordance to the needs of clients and curriculum requirements
Lead a team of subject experts, ensure high-quality content and monitor task completion to make sure the subject experts meet the deadlines
Actively participate in team meetings and maintain cohesion with the rest of the Content department
