Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelors' degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Motorcycle Driving License as well as skill to ride on rough road condition
1 year or above of experience in construction supervision is preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Package (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
Fluency in Nepali (written and spoken) and working knowledge of English Language is desirable
Applicant must possess good communication skills and must be open to learning.
Proficiency in Nepali typing is desirable
Working knowledge of engineering software such as Autocad

Assist the District Technical Coordinator in monitoring skilled and unskilled laborers during the construction of water supply schemes.
Tactfully respond to queries from the community members.
Mobilize community members as and when required.
Maintain stock book and handle procurement activities of the district office.
Assist the DTC in designing and conducting workshops for the Water Users' Committee and Village Maintenance Workers.
Maintain Daily Field Reports and submit to DTC.
Serve as a mediator between the community and the organization.
Communicate updates with local level government and relevant stakeholders
