Qualifications & Job Descriptions: 

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent for Branch Manager and Officer - Corporate Sales 
• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent for Sub Branch in charge/Marketing Executive/Representative 
• S/he should be able to generate new life first premium business along with retaining existing ones, expand agency networks R manage agency distribution channels while Corporate Sales Officer should focus on corporate house for the same.

Other Skills, Experiences & Attributes 

• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Proficiency in computer applications is required 
• Experiences on Life Insurance Industry will be given a special preferences 
• Higher degree in Marketing will be added an advantage
