Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of makeup artists and support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous skill development.
• Manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.

2. Client Experience:

• Ensure each client receives a personalized and exceptional service experience.
• Handle any client complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Develop and implement customer service standards to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

3. Studio Operations:

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and organization of the studio.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure effective time management for all staff.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

4. Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage the studio’s budget, expenses, and profitability.
• Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Generate financial reports and present them to upper management.
