Tech Skills Institute Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Student Co-ordinator to join our team in Kathmandu. As a senior-level professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and teams. As the primary point of contact for students, you will be responsible for monitoring their progress and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries and concerns via calls, emails, whatsapp or any other communication channel in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor students' progress and attendance, and provide regular updates to the management team
• Coordinate with trainers and mentors to ensure students are receiving the necessary training and support
• Follow up with students on any outstanding questions or concerns, and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to ensure their satisfaction and identify any potential issues that may hinder their progress
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students
• Assist with organizing and facilitating workshops, events, and other activities to enhance students' learning experience
• Keep accurate records of student interactions and progress, and provide reports to the management team as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide students with the most relevant and up-to-date information
