Take Phone calls and transfer to the related team member
Check Emails
Forward and follow up emails
Update CoE Dashboard
Update offer Dashboard
Update Students Request Dashboard
Other tasks as required
Prepare Daily and Weekly reports

Student Services:

Attend all student request
Update all students request on accelerate
Follow up
Contact students to collect requested documents

Other Specification

Someone who has done Bachelors Degree, higher or are in 2nd year of their Bachelors degree and above
Business, Commerce, Arts Students would be better, we can accept others too.
They must be of high integrity / honesty, Intelligent and with high energy
Good command of English, writing and spoken
Good IQ Skills
High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Ability to learn new systems
Teachable for new systems
Can work under pressure and under deadlines
Ability to manage time and juggle between multiple tasks

Salary & Other Benefits:

Negotiable
18 days paid annual leave
Public holidays 13 days

Working Shifts:

7am to 3pm or 9am to 5pm,
Sunday to Friday and Saturday off
