Job Description

A reputed international company is seeking a suitably qualified candidate for Student Service Officer in Kathmandu.

Responsibilities:

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Manage effective communication within the organization and with various other stakeholders
Creation of attendance spread-sheets, recording and reporting of progressive weekly student attendance
Write and email attendance warning letters to students and keep records of such correspondence
Record and maintain student electronic data (including attendance, intervention, and student files)
Contacting students via phone and email
Create, maintain and enroll student accounts on Learning Management System (Moodle) and Student Management System
General administration duties including handling email and telephone inquiries
Other administrative duties as required
